Ordering instructions

Fihasia.com online shopping is easy and safe.   Payments are handled securely via PayPal.  After your payment is processed, we do not store any of your data. We also do not share any of your information with third parties.

Buyer registration
Choose the link in the right corner to create a new user account, please fill out the requested information and follow the instructions.

Adding an item to the shopping cart
Once you have decided to order the product, click to add it to cart , press the small shopping cart and slect the product options , such as the size of the product that you want to order. Our shopping cart allows you to add multiple products. The shopping window on the right side of the page will have an up-to-date basket with the quantities of products ordered.

Edit Cart
You can edit your shoppin car by clicking on the shopping link at any time.

Making Payment
Go to check out the link in the upper right corner.

1. Shopping Cart
Check the cart for the products and the quantity.

2. Shipping Address Selection
Your default shipping address will be the address you registered with.  If you prefer to send to another address, you can change the shipping address.

3. Pay for your purchases
Skip to pay for your purchase by pressing the PayPal icon.

After clicking  the icon, you will be taken to the PayPal website. Proceed with the following instructions:

A) On the upper right corner of the screen you will see the transaction amount.

B) If you are not already a PayPal account and wish to pay by credit card, click continue (continue), or the credit card image.

 

C) Enter the following information:

First name (First Name)
Last name (Last Name)
Credit Card Number (Card Number)
Expiry date [month] / [YY] (expiration Date: [mm] / [yy])
3 digit security code (CSC) is available for the reverse side of the card and is usually three digits long.
The first line of the billing address (Billing Address Line 1)
The second row of the billing address (Billing Address Line 2)
City (City)
State / Province / Region (State / Province / Region) - the field may be left blank.
Postal Code (Postal Code)
Phone number (Home Telephone)
E-mail (Email)
D) Finally, click Review Order and Continue (check your order and continue). You can see a summary of the payment. At this point, you will see your shipping address will the credit card billing address. We deliver your order the the address you provided when ordering on the Fihasia.com website.   Make payment by pressing Pay Now XX.XX (liver) - button.

E) PayPal will inform you that your order has been paid and you will also receive e-mail subscriber information from PayPal.

NOTE! Return to the catalog by clicking on the above image. Your order will then be updated, and you can view your orders in the My Account page.

Your order will then be processed and you will receive confirmation by e-mail when your item has been posted.
