Products from Fihasia are shipped both from within the UK and direct from our international hub.  All items are sent by registered post with a tracking number.  All prices on Fihasia.com are final prices which include postage.  We do not charge extra for postage.  For each package sent, Fihasia will send you a confirmation e-mail with the dispatch information and tracking number.

Shipping charges

There are no extra shipping charges.  All prices on Fihasia are final prices which include postage regardless of the number of items purchased or packages sent.

Fihasia 30-day returns guarantee

Fihasia offers a 30-day returns guarantee, allowing you to return items purchased, for any reason, within 30 days.

In the event of Fihasia sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Fihasia within 30 days. Fihasia reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Fihasia confirms that a replacement will be issued.

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a credit or full refund for the price you paid for the item.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
