1. How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship all items within 1-2 working days.  Most of our items are shipped from our UK warehouse.   As Fihasia will always offer the latest designs, some of our items may be sent directly from the manufacturer, which may add a few days to the shipping time.   We guarantee delivery of all purchases.

For our line of boxing, MMA, and fight equipment, shipping times will take around 1-2 weeks to Europe.

2. What is your guarantee?

All of our products are checked before shipping and carefully packed.  If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us via our e-mail. We will respond with 24hrs. Link 

3. What is your returns policy? Do you offer exchanges?

We aim to provide you with a top class service.  If for any reason you want to exchange your product, you may return your item for an exchange or shop credit, within 30 days.

We offer free shipping on all our clothing items.  All boxing and fight equipment have an additional shipping cost that is included in the product description.
